Refund policy

30-day returns. Not quite right? You can return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@giftglide.store with your order number. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Items ship from different partner brands, so please don't send anything back before we confirm where it goes.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Gift cards and personalized items can't be returned.
